Add your own proxies
Save SOCKS5, HTTP or HTTPS proxy details or import a list, then assign proxies to your accounts.
Add a proxy
Open Your own proxies
Select Proxies and find Your own proxies. Adding your own proxies is available to everyone.
Enter the connection details
Pick the proxy type first: SOCKS5 (the default), HTTP or HTTPS, as given by your provider. Enter the host and port in their separate fields and add the username and password if authentication is required. HTTP and HTTPS proxies work for Java accounts only; a Bedrock account needs a SOCKS5 proxy with UDP support.
Save and assign
Click the add button. The saved proxy becomes available in account proxy pickers. Choose it when adding an account or disconnect an existing account before editing its proxy.
Import a proxy list
Use the import control in Your own proxies to select a .txt list. Use one proxy per line in the supported format:
192.0.2.10:1080:username:password
192.0.2.11:1080:username:password
http://192.0.2.12:8080:username:passwordLines without a prefix are SOCKS5. Start a line with http:// or https:// to import it as an HTTP or HTTPS proxy. These addresses are examples. Replace them with your provider’s details. Read the import result and check the saved list before assigning accounts.
Check a failing proxy
Confirm the type, host, port, username, and password with your provider. Bedrock needs a SOCKS5 proxy with UDP support: an HTTP or HTTPS proxy stops a Bedrock account with an error until you move it to SOCKS5. If an account connects through another compatible proxy, compare the failing proxy’s status and server compatibility.
