Set up Auto Reconnect

Recover from disconnects and understand normal delays, fast reconnects, and manual stops.

Enable automatic reconnects

  1. Open the reconnect settings

Go to Settings → Auto Reconnect. Turn on Auto Reconnect to allow accounts to reconnect after being kicked or losing their connection.

  2. Review delays

Choose delays appropriate to your server and leave time for its connection limits. Fast Reconnect can shorten the first retry for an account that was online for at least 10 minutes. Repeated failures fall back to the normal delay.

  3. Restore your AFK location

Set a join command such as /home 1 if the server does not put the account back where you need it.

  4. Verify a successful return

Watch Overview for connection progress and Chat for the join command’s result. Test one account before relying on the same setup for a group.

A deliberate stop is different

Manually disconnecting an account is a request to stop it. Use Connect to start it again. A successful Spawner Sentry run also deliberately logs the account out after securing spawners; check the result before reconnecting it. The same applies to a macro Disconnect step with Cancel Auto Reconnect ticked, and to Disconnect all on ban, which stops every account on a server after one of them is banned; see Fix repeated kicks.

If it keeps disconnecting

Read the account’s error details and Chat → Console before changing delays. Reconnect cannot fix expired account authentication, incorrect server settings, an unavailable proxy, or a server restriction. Use the troubleshooting guide to narrow down the cause.
