Plans, credit, and renewals
Read your license, add time or slots, use store credit, and manage a card subscription.
What your license gives you
Open Manage license from the dashboard. Your license shows your plan, your account slots, the time remaining, and the expiry date. Slots are how many accounts can be online at the same time, not how many you may add.

Above 20 slots you add them one at a time afterwards. Several features are tied to these tiers, which is why a guide sometimes says a feature “unlocks on Tier 2 with 10+ account slots”.
Add time or slots
More time
Under Add to your license, pick how much time to add: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The time is added on top of what you already have, and longer terms cost less per month. 6 and 12 month terms are available up to 50 slots; above 50 the longest term is 3 months.
More slots
Choose a new plan, or extra slots to add. You pay only the price difference between your current slot count and the new one for the time left on your license, at the rate of your current billing term, and your expiry date does not change. If you pay by card, the new price also applies to your subscription from the next billing cycle. An expired license has to be extended before it can be upgraded, and a license on a 6 or 12 month term can add slots up to 50 (open a ticket to go higher).
Check the summary
Read the order summary before paying. Store credit is used first, and anything left is paid by card or crypto on the invoice.

Given a license key instead of buying one? Enter it under Redeem a license key and it activates on the account you are signed in with.
Store credit
Store credit is a balance on your Console Client account, added in US dollars between the minimum and maximum the panel shows for one invoice. It is applied automatically to your next purchase on that page, and it is also what the proxy shop means by “Apply my store balance first”.
Renew from credit automatically buys another month from your credit when your license runs out, without charging a card. Leave it off if you would rather decide each time.
Card subscriptions and terms
A license bought with a card renews through Stripe on the billing term you picked at checkout: every month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. A recurring invoice from staff renews monthly. Use Manage in the Card subscription panel to update the card, read past invoices, or cancel. Nothing bought from store credit renews on its own.
